Jean Fox O'Barr Distinguished Speaker Series
The Baldwin Scholars program brings an esteemed speaker to Duke each year. The series is named for Dr. Jean Fox O'Barr, founding Director of the Women's Studies (now Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies) department at Duke, and funded by a generous gift from the Laura Ellen and Robert Muglia Family Foundation. The lectures are open to the public.
