Baldwin Scholars Inclusiveness

The Baldwin Scholars program aims to be inclusive and representative of the diversity found on Duke’s campus. We recognize that people may not identify or express themselves in a way that aligns with the sex they were assigned at birth.

We welcome applications from students who identify as women, including trans women, as well as those who identify as gender queer, non-binary, and gender non-conforming.

If you would like to discuss your potential fit with Baldwin Scholars, please contact Colleen Scott (Director) at 919.684.6579.

The Baldwin Scholars Program is looking for a diverse group of female-identified first-year students who are self-aware and have leadership potential.
