I graduated from Duke in 2011 with a History major and a Study of Ethics certificate. I then took a gap year during which I studied yoga with my grandfather in Mysore, India. After graduating from Stanford Law School in 2015, I spent 5 years as a white collar criminal defense lawyer at a Washington, D.C. law firm. I now live in my hometown of Raleigh, NC and serve as an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
The Baldwin Program has played a meaningful role in my personal and professional development. I remain thankful for the friendships I have formed and lessons I have learned as a member of this incredible community. If you are a first-year woman at Duke, I highly encourage you to apply to the Baldwin Program -- it is truly life changing!
