My name is Siri. I am proud to say I was born and raised in Durham. But, after 11th grade, I moved to attend Pearson College on Vancouver Island for two years. Pearson is part of the United World College movement, an international network of schools working towards peace and sustainability.
I am excited to be back in Durham at Duke! I am passionate about the ocean in every way and intend to major in marine science and conservation. I also enjoy tons of other random areas though, so who knows what I might get into.
In my free time, I love to be outside in any way. You can catch me heading to a lake, river, or the ocean at every chance possible! I love to go on trips of any sort: kayaking, canoeing, biking, backpacking, and anything else proposed.
