Born and raised in Orange County, CA, I left the Southern California bubble on a volleyball scholarship to Duke. I endeavored to take the “student” part as seriously as the “athlete” part, studying international relations and Arabic and studying abroad at Oxford the summer of my junior year. I also took my fair share of theater and film classes, which piqued my interest in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry.
After Duke, I played professional volleyball in Spain, until my shoulder decided it was done playing sports. Upon my return I attended Harvard Law School, where I am proud to say I survived three New England winters.
After law school, I worked as a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss in New York. After four years helping companies buy and sell each other, I moved in-house to 30WEST, a film company, where I am their Director of Legal and Business affairs.
My four years at Duke were an unforgettable and formative experience. I will always be a Blue Devil and a Baldwin Scholar.
