My life as a Blue Devil began as soon as I was born. Being the daughter of two Duke graduates, I have been “bleeding blue” my whole life. My parents encouraged an obsession with Duke by baptizing me in the Duke Chapel, signing me up for the Junior Blue Devil Club, and letting me stay up late to watch Duke – UNC games.

I grew up in Columbus, Ohio alongside my two younger brothers, Hart and Grayson, in a very athletically driven household. At Duke, I majored in Public Policy and minored in Global Health and Chinese. Beyond academics (and Baldwin), I was a member of Duke’s varsity Field Hockey team, served as President of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and partnered with a local high school to provide leadership and self-development curriculum to freshmen students.

After Duke, I spent three years working for McChrystal Group – a leadership and management advisory services firm in Alexandria, Virginia. It propelled my passion for organizational culture, human capital, and leadership. Following, I spent time as a Project Director at Duke Corporate Education – a premier executive education firm in Durham – where I managed operations for customized leadership development programs.

I have recently graduated with my MBA at The Fuqua School of Business.
