My love for Duke has no bounds, as my double-Dukie status confirms. At Duke undergrad, I had the opportunity to take classes through the Visions of Freedom FOCUS cluster (I highly recommend doing FOCUS!), volunteer at Durham elementary schools through Project Child, serve twice on the staff of Duke's Model United Nations conference, create graphics with Passport magazine, dance with  Duke Raas and Defining Movement (defMo),  and, of course, be a part of the Baldwin Scholars class of 2011. I majored in political science  with a concentration in international relations, and during my senior year, I served as Secretary for the Baldwin Scholars and as President of Defining Movement.

In the summer of 2008, I participated in the Duke in Geneva study abroad program, and the following summer, I volunteered with refugee and migrant populations through the DukeEngage program in Dublin, Ireland. Following up on those experiences, I returned to Dublin to work with the City Council of Dublin's Office for Integration in the summer of 2010. The experiences inspired me to write my senior thesis on public opinion towards minorities/immigrants in the European Union.

I'm currently pursuing a JD/LLM in International and Comparative Law at Duke Law. Feel free to contact me with any questions about any of these experiences!
