I am currently a second year graduate student in the EE PhD program at Stanford. My research interests include high dimensional data analysis via streaming algorithms, graphical models, and optimization. I passed my qualifying exams in January, 2012.

At Duke, I studied electrical and computer engineering as well as mathematics, and I graduated in spring 2011. I combined my pursuit of higher education with the fulfillment of imparting such knowledge on the community that supported me, and I applied myself as a universal resource for engineers (especially women) via teaching assistantships and tutoring programs. I also volunteered for an academic enhancement program called Techtronics, an after-school program designed to engage women and underrepresented minorities in engineering-related disciplines at a young age.
