Hello! My name is Anna Koelsch. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, I majored in public policy at Duke and I was honored to be selected as a Baldwin Scholar. I am now based in Bentonville, Arkansas, where I lead Ingeborg Initiatives, Olivia Walton's impact platform dedicated to improving maternal health and financial stability for women and mothers across Arkansas.
Before Ingeborg, my career has spanned the public, private, and non-profit sectors, with a focus on improving healthcare outcomes for the most vulnerable and advancing the status of women in the economy. I also received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
I applied to Baldwin with hopes for a supportive community of women who would push me to be a better version of myself. The program certainly realized those hopes, although I could not have predicted how influential it would be for me. Baldwin women have encouraged me to confidently pursue my interests and seize every opportunity. Baldwin was one of the best parts of my undergraduate experience and continues to pay dividends years after graduation. I'm passionate about paying it forward so that Duke women can continue to benefit from this incredible community.
