As a recent graduate of the Baldwin Scholars program, I've reflected on how this network of extraordinary women shaped my Duke experience. Within Baldwin, I found a supportive family that both encouraged me to tackle new obstacles and challenged me to define myself as a leader. Consistently through this program, I connected with mentors who provided meaningful advice- both personal and professional- that helped me to find my way throughout the course of my time at Duke. I know I will continue to rely on this network in the future for inspiration, guidance, and understanding.

Since graduation, I have relocated to Atlanta, GA, to work for a professional services firm. My experience as a Baldwin will help me to enter this new environment with confidence and to estabish for myself an authentic brand of leadership.
